Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using UDECAREER's services. These Terms apply to all users of the UDECAREER's services (include Website and App).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App/Web, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App/Web.

2. Description of App/Web allows users to purchase products and services.

3. Purchase.

In-app purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment for in-app purchases is due at the time of purchase.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Application (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that.
• The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy

4. Refunds and Cancelations

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Purchased in Web will not be refunded.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App/Web only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the App by, any third party.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, publish, or otherwise transmit through the App. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the App/Web.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and audio clips, are the property of the App owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App/Web is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on or otherwise made available through the App/Web.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App/Web owner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of, or related to your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App/Web after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App/Web owner is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the App/Web owner with respect to the App/Web and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the App/Web owner.
